aspell-pa software package provides Punjabi (pa) dictionary for GNU aspell, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-pa
aspell-pa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-pa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-pa *
You will get with aspell-pa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
